Refund policy

Returns Process
I gladly accept returns and exchanges of unopened products for any reason. Please contact me as soon as possible if there is a problem with your order and I will to my utmost to help.
Should you wish to return your items:
  • Please contact me within 14 days of delivery
  • I will email you a returns label to print and attach to your package 
  • Please dispatch items back within 30 days of delivery
  • Once received I will refund your purchase
However the following items can't be returned:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original unopened packaging.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your return is considered to be in its original and unopened condition.

If approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

If your product is faulty or has arrived damaged, please send me an email at lisa@lazymay.co.uk with details of the fault and supporting images. I'll will get back to you as soon as possible with details of how to proceed.
